Qazi
Muhammad Ramzan was born in village Noora
Mandhallah near City Gujrat in the year 1900. He got
primary and secondary school education in village
kathallah near Sambrail, District Sialkot.
Services
After
completing his studies he joined the Govt
services as (Patwari). Later on he was promoted as
(Gardawar) and Tahesildar. During his services he gave
education to their concerning staff such as
ADC(C). And now most of his students are still
working now in Govt. departments on adhoc basis.
Special
Appointments
After
retirement form service Choudary Zahoor Ellahi appointed
him as a special full-fledged person for his
property. And also Zahoor Palace was constructed
in his supervision which was an x-member of
national assembly of PAKISTAN.

Religious
Attachment & Services
Side
by side he constructed and furnished many mosques in
rural areas.He was also a religious man and served the
spiritual and Islamic preachers.He had also swear
attachments with grand father of Sahabzada Bashir-ul-Din
Sb., an organizer of institute of Qumar-ul-Aloom
situated at Qammar Sialwi Road Gujrat. Just to see
his services, the committee of majlas-e-shura (Moazami
Jammat Murllah Sharif Sargodha) appointed his son
Qazi Muhammad Asghar at the Post of Majlas-e-Shurra and
checking committee of the said jammat.
Political
Services
He
was elected as basic democracy member in the time of
President Ayub Khan. He was elected an
unopposed member by Arrian Family and other communities
in the said area. He always raised his voice for Justice
without discrimination, human rights, peace and
democracy
He
was a symbol of hope and support for the abused and poor
persons. After
his death,
due to
his personality and social works, his daughter Parveen Afza has raised a society named Ramzan Welfare
Society of which aim is to help the people and donate to
required persons.
