As it is stated in the manifesto of the Society that this hall is being constructed only for the events of sorrow and joy of the poor people and also the needy persons of the locality which haven't any place for the calibration of their ceremonies and sorrowful occasions. All finance is denoted by the executive  of the society and the Gentle Lady the chairperson  who is in abroad.

The lout plan of the Hall is per paired by M.A. GHAFOOR Architect Engineer Zaman Market Akhtar Plaza Chowk Jinnah Road Gujrat, a famous architecture and license holder of Gujrat Municipality. Many beautiful parts of Gujrat City various SHAHKAR of Architect have been built, designed by him. We the members of the said society pray to Allah that his soul lies in peace in heaven when this hall will be completed credit will go to this great architecture who always loved with humanity and community. In the end we only pay tribute to his skill.

This hall will open for the needy and poor person for 24 hours without any rent or cost. Moreover this society will be able to provide this hall to those person which are likely to be held MILAD'S especially for women and any religious activities for the both  men and the women.

It is strictly decided by the Executive body that no political activities in side the hall will be held  that are either for the interest of the nation or for the benefit of the political leaders. Only that session will be held in hall which are betterment and the benefit of the Mohallah. If any person want to held session in this hall he will bound to obtain special permission from the chairperson and the organizer of the Ramzan Welfare Society.

NOTE:- When any session or ceremony celebrated in this hall conservancy will go on the shoulders of the person who obtained the permission.
